This is a brew inspired by the achievements of brewer AUGUSTE de BAVAY, a Belgian chemist and brewer who arrived in Melbourne in 1884. He developed the first pure yeast commercially used in Australia for top-fermenting brewing. This Melbourne-brewed Hazy Pale Ale delivers fresh, big hop flavor and balanced drinkability with medium haze, citrus, tropical and piney hop aromas and taste with low to medium bitterness.
