This is a brew inspired by the achievements of brewer AUGUSTE de BAVAY, a Belgian chemist and brewer who arrived in Melbourne in 1884. He developed the first pure yeast commercially used in Australia for top-fermenting brewing. This Melbourne-brewed Hazy Pale Ale delivers fresh, big hop flavor and balanced drinkability with medium haze, citrus, tropical and piney hop aromas and taste with low to medium bitterness. Auguste would be proud.
